Bracknell is a town that grew like Topsy after WWII, its expansion fuelled by the great transport links that will make life easy for any guests arriving from afar, and for the bride and groom heading for their honeymoon destination after the big day is done – Heathrow no great distance away. There is some of the older settlement still evident, but Bracknell has a modern vibe and even an energy that perhaps comes from all those hi-tech companies it houses. The contemporary though is enhanced by the natural with vast swathes of woodland curving round the southern part of the place.
