Marlow is one of the prettiest spots on the Thames, famed for its regatta and rowing club, though you will probably be more interested in the opportunities the great waterway will offer your photographer. It is also a place with something of a romantic background, no bad thing for a wedding venue of course, its former residents including that racy couple Percy and Mary Shelley, and reputedly Jane Seymour, perhaps the greatest love of Henry VIII’s lengthy amorous career. As might be expected of such a fine town within striking distance of London, it’s somewhat on the posh side, too, a classy place for your classy event.
