Wadhurst, the little market town in the Weald, is set amidst some lovely and very English country, mixing wood and field and even the huge Bewl Water – so your photographer may have a few creative ideas spring to mind as regards backgrounds for some pictures of record. Some of its buildings from the church in the centre to its castle on the outskirts could be added to that list. And if you have a disco, when the DJ plays Hi Ho Silver Lining as apparently is a legal requirement, it’s worth noting that Jeff Beck himself lives in the village, reportedly in rather a fine house too – thanks in no small part to that very song doubtless.
