Knebworth House is a memorable setting for your wedding breakfast, civil marriage ceremony and reception. The romantic exterior of Knebworth House with its turrets, domes and gargoyles silhouetted against the sky does little to prepare the visitor for what to expect inside. Exclusive hire of the three ground floor rooms, the Jacobean Banqueting Hall, the Edwardian Dining Parlour and the Victorian Library, creates an impressive and romantic setting for your wedding day.
Our lovingly restored 16th Century Tithe Barns offer a truly unique setting, the Manor Barn is ideal for your civil ceremony and wedding breakfast. The adjoining Lodge Barn with it's parquet floor, is the perfect venue for your drinks and evening reception.
We are excited to also offer our NEW Cobbold and Lytton Barns for a wedding ceremony and reception or just an evening reception. The stunning Oak structure can accommodate up to 200 guests with a private entrance, patio area, private bar facility and access to the beautiful formal gardens of Knebworth House that provide the stunning backdrop to your wedding photographs.
Our Garden Gazebo offers a romantic venue for you to hold your civil marriage ceremony, set within the formal gardens where you can also host a drinks reception.

We have complete Wedding Reception Packages from £5000 on selected dates until March 2012.
Package includes venue hire of our 16th Century Tithe Barns til 12.00am and use of the formal gardens for your photos. Arrival drink of Bucks Fizz with appetizers. Our Shelley Wedding Breakfast with tea, coffee and chocolates. Half a bottle of wine per person and water on the table with your meal. A buffet and DJ for your evening reception.
