Service: Most rooms can seat 100 people
Reception: 100 people may be seated for a silver service meal in the house and any number may be seated using a marquee off the library.

Your wedding day will be a very special day at Avington Park as it was built in 1690 purely for entertaining. It is still a perfect setting for all parties and a wonderful backdrop for photographs.

The Bride and Groom can drive through the wrought iron gates, down the avenue of limes to the front of the house where they can meet their guests in the magnificently painted hall. There they might enjoy champagne, before proceeding into the library for the reception; French windows open out onto the south facing lawns and into the Conservatory.

Guests may stroll and enjoy the views of the gardens and the Orangery. In winter, huge log fires in the Hall and Library create a wonderful atmosphere and provide a homely welcome. In the Library you could have an afternoon reception for up to 170 people, or for a silver service wedding breakfast up to 100 guests.

Larger weddings can be accommodated in a marquee adjoining the Library.

The house also has 5 rooms licensed to hold marriage ceremonies.

There are unique photographic opportunities in this glorious setting, both inside and out, a photographers dream!

We offer exclusive use of this beautiful stately home in a magnificent parkland setting wihin easy reach of the M3. We can cater for large or small parties, either just for the reception or for the marriage ceremony as well, and our friendly, helpful staff would be on hand to ensure that your day runs smoothly and will be one to be remembered forever.
