Bedern Hall is run on behalf of The Bedern Hall Company by Roger Lee, whose family business provides in-house catering. The emphasis is on flexibility, enabling each couple to create their own individual wedding with special touches. A range of interesting modern menus, often using home-grown produce, is available and offers seasonal choices. The setting is truly unique and the service is dignified yet relaxed.
