Blackstock Barn lies in an elevated position between Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne and has breathtaking views in every direction. This setting of outstanding natural beauty is a haven for wildlife, including deer.

This new wedding venue has been developed through the careful restoration of a 400 year-old traditional Sussex barn and the addition of a contemporary oak frame barn in harmony with the original.

The Barn is licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies for up to 180 guests. It has wonderful exposed oak beams, a minstrel’s gallery, licensed bar and chandeliers fashioned from authentic cartwheels. This spacious barn offers a flexible layout that you can adapt to suit your wedding.

The barn has its own private courtyard and walled garden where you and your guests may enjoy a drinks reception whilst surrounded rolling countryside. There are also wonderful walks around the lakes that lie within farmland, bluebell-filled woods and a river that meanders through the valley.
