Set majestically in 500 acres of parkland, this stately house is said to be one of the most beautiful houses in Essex.

Exclusively yours for the day, we can cater from 50 to 300 guests and you can choose from either the magnificent Braxted Park House or our Pavilion set within the Walled Garden, which has been carefully restored to its former beauty. The Pavilion itself is heated as well as air conditioned and overlooks the nurtured gardens with intricate planting and cascading water features, creating the most romantic and photogenic backdrop you could ever wish for.

Each wedding is uniquely planned by our wedding coordinators and organized to the finest detail to ensure a truly memorable day.

We are licensed for civil marriages should you prefer a more reserved ceremony or we also have a beautiful 12th century parish church located within the grounds, but only a short distance from the Main House and Walled Garden.

We offer overnight accommodation for the bridal party with additional hotel accommodation available nearby.

Only a few minutes drive from Witham in Essex, and 5 minutes from the A12, Braxted Park truly is the 'house in the country' and yet within close proximity to all main routes.
