Build in 1792 this beautiful Grade 1 listed venue is conveniently located in Leicester City Centre.
Originally intended as a grand hotel and ballroom to cater for the visitors of the Leicester Races held a Victoria Park, The City Rooms was subsequently never completed due to financial reasons.
Today however, this opulent Georgian building is under new ownership and has been given a glamorous makeover.
For the first time in over 200 years The City Rooms is now fully functional as intended. Now comprising four Civil Ceremony licensed function rooms, a bar, and four boutique hotel rooms, The City Rooms can cater for every aspect of your day in one unique venue.
