There is no typical wedding at the Grade II listed Five Arrows, but to every single event there is a sense of understated elegance and ease. Built in 1887 as part of the Waddesdon Estate by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild , it was originally used to accommodate the architects, craftsmen and artisans working on the Manor itself.
The Five Arrows has eleven bedrooms and is licensed to hold marriages and civil partnership ceremonies in both the Rothschild Room (with the beautiful Baron's Gate in which to sign the official register) for any number up to 40, and the Grade II listed Cartshed for up to 70 for the feel of an English country garden without being at risk from the English weather!
Our restaurant seats 70 for a wedding breakfast and we can offer the Cartshed for a Hog Roast or Buffet (with a private bar) for a party to remember. Add a marquee and we can welcome up to 100 of your friends and family for dancing and celebration. We offer as an option the exclusive hire of the whole hotel for you and your guests including staging of the ceremony and reception and all the bedrooms in the hotel with full English breakfast.
