Surrounded by 320 acres of breathtaking Essex countryside, Five Lakes is the perfect venue for your wedding. It couldn't be easier at Five Lakes, as we have a Civil Marriage Licence so you can hold the ceremony and reception in the same place. Our flexible room options and menus suit all budgets and celebrations - from an intimate gathering of friends to a full blown dinner dance for up to 250 guests or more. Each room offers its own benefits, from golf course views to self-contained convenience.

Once booked, your personal Wedding Co-ordinator will guide you through the planning and preparation of your day to ensure your celebration will be unique. Then, on the night the bride and groom will receive a complimentary stay in a 4-poster bedroom, as a personal wedding gift from the hotel. Additionally, your wedding guests can enjoy reduced rates and stay overnight too. If you are looking for a larger venue, we are able to cater for over 600 guests in the Exhibition Centre, and now offer Asian weddings from an approved list of specialist caterers.
