River View, a stunning green field site is now available for use as a arquee site for weddings, and parties. The site has expansive views over the River Usk and up into the Black Mountains. Perfect for a large party or a smaller, more intimate celebration. Plenty of parking and just a short stroll to Penmyarth Church.

The Glanusk Estate has been in the same family since 1825 and is set in 400 Acres of private parkland just 2.5 hours from London and 1 hour from Cardiff. The Estate is family-run and we pride ourselves on attention to detail and the personal touch. We are very flexible and open to all your ideas. There are many beautiful and unique features at Glanusk that will help make your special day a memorable one for you and your guests. These include:

Turreted tower and bridge over the River Usk
Beautiful private gardens for your photographs

The historic Penmyarth Church is the private family on The Estate. It is available for your blessing and seats up to 100 guests comfortably. The Drawing Rooms at Penmyarth House and Glanusk Lodge are licensed for your civil ceremony.

We offer accommodaiton for up to 35 guests within the Estate walls and can help you with finding additional accommodation nearby if needed. You and our guests may also want to fish in our privately owned stretch of the River Usk, try clay pigeon shooting with our gamekeeper, or have a game of tennis.

The three marquee sites all have stunning views and can accommodate small, intimate parties up to large parties of say 500 guests. Parking is close by and Penmyarth Church is a short stroll from the River View and Penmyarth House sites, while the site at Glanusk Lodge is a 3 minute drive over the Tower Bridge and through the original stable yards. The sites, the church and the accommodation are all available seven days a week, all year round.

If you would prefer to have a civil ceremony only, the drawing rooms in both Penmyarth House and Glanusk Lodge are available for small services of up to 25 guests mid-week. You are welcome to have your photographs in the garden and we can help with catering if required.
