Imagine your wedding day taking place in this stylish and welcoming Regency Townhouse just minutes from the Minster in the historic city of York. Beautifully decorated and furnished in classic country house style and retaining many original features, The Grange provides the perfect venue for your celebrations and those photographic memories that you will cherish for years to come.
The ambience is elegant and the mood relaxing with deep comfy sofas, lots of fresh flowers and blazing fires in the winter months. Luxury accommodation including romantic four poster bedrooms, AA 2 rosette restaurant and first-class service.
The Library & Drawing Room, the Green Room and the Morning Room are just perfect for civil ceremonies and partnerships and we can accommodate 60 guests for private dining. We can also cater for up to 120 for evening receptions and buffets. The Ivy Alcove - a private area off the Restaurant - can seat up to 16 and is perfect for the smaller wedding.

The Grange Hotel is the perfect wedding venue at any time of year. In the winter months what could be more romantic than making your vows in front of a roaring open fire in the company of your family and friends whilst in the spring and summer the gentle breezes, blossom on the trees and the delicate aroma of fresh flowers all create a memorable ambience for your special day.
Book your wedding to take place during 2010 and we will either waive the civil ceremony room hire charge or offer you a complimentary bucks fizz or mulled wine reception, upon your arrival.
In addition, the Bride and Groom will be offered one of our luxurious bedrooms with our compliments for their wedding night.
