The Great Tythe Barn, built in the 16th Century, forms the centrepiece of a 200 acre estate. Surrounded by Cotswold stone cottages, this hidden hamlet rekindles the spirit of the traditional village wedding. We are licensed for Civil Ceremonies for up to 200 guests and 180 for a formal Wedding Breakfast however The Great Tythe Barn's versatility ensures that parties of 70 can equally enjoy the ambience of this magnificent building.

As 'The Cotswolds only Wedding Village' Folly Farm offers a combination of Wedding Venue (including Civil Ceremonies) Self Catering Cottages and Bed & Breakfast accommodation all within a rural setting, nestling in rolling countryside.

The Great Tythe Barn has been beautifully and sympathetically restored yet still retains its special character. Licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests, the versatility of the Barn allows parties of between 70 and 200 guests to equally enjoy the special ambience of this historic building.

Our caterer, Dine with Style, has a well-deserved reputation for excellent service and superb cuisine. Highly experienced and imaginative chefs create menus to suit all requirements, complimented by a commendable selection of fine wines and champagnes.
