Holdsworth House is a beautiful Jacobean Mansion House set in stunning gardens. Built in 1633 the House has been tastefully converted into a 40 bedroom hotel with an award winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Panelled rooms, wooden floors, beamed ceilings and numerous antiques adorn the Hotel. Every comfort has been taken into account with all rooms being equipped with Satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, 24 hour room service and direct dial telephone and voicemail.

Holdsworth House offers a variety of wedding packages from a small private ceremony in our Garden Gazebo to larger celebrations up to 120 in the elegant Stuart Room. Reception drinks can be taken in the period gardens or in the oak pannelled hall.

We have four rooms licensed for civil ceremonies suitable for 10-120 guests.
