Kedleston Hall is a magnificent 18 century neo-classical mansion set in exquisitely landscaped parkland designed by the famous architect Robert Adam. The house itself, completed in 1765, reflects the fascination at the time with the classical art and architecture. The grand external staircase on the North Front leads to a massive Marble Hall dominated by 20 fluted pillars and forming an awesome entrance to this 'temple of the arts'. Beyond the Marble Hall is the Saloon with its huge, decorated dome. Grand entertainment was held here in days gone by and these two rooms form the splendid setting for our wedding ceremonies.
