Lace Market Hotel is Nottingham's premier boutique hotel, situated amidst the architectural splendour of the former lace making quarter and commanding views over St Mary's Church and the Georgian facade of the Shire Hall.

Privately-owned and under the same management since opening in 1999, the hotel is the city's most respected venue for upmarket wining and dining.

We believe that small is beautiful and that hotels should be lively, fun places rather than stuffy institutions with obsequious staff. We would never cheapen your wedding by offering inflexible packages comprising mass-produced food, tacky table decorations and inferior drinks. Instead, we specialize in looking after couples who know a thing or two about understated good taste, who appreciate our own expertise in matters of entertaining and who are more concerned about having a memorable day rather than where to position a receiving line!

Lace Market Hotel is an Investors in People accredited company and won the Nottingham Restaurant Awards for Best Wine List 2004 and 2005, plus Best Service in 2005. We have also been nominated as the UK’s “Most Excellent City Hotel 2006” by Condé Nast Johansens.
