Langley Priory is a privately owned Grade II* Country house dating back to 1154AD.

This beautiful mansion house sits in a secluded hollow shielded from the outside world. Few know of its existence but once discovered its charm is never forgotten.

The couple and their guests can enjoy strolling amongst scented rose gardens, wisteria draped walls, and magnificent specimen trees. Large serpentine lakes, tall fountains and cascades cool guests whilst they appreciate the quintessentially English view of cattle grazing on the opposite Parkland. Photo opportunities at Langley are second to none.

This is the ideal venue for the discerning couple who value privacy, peerless surroundings and total exclusivity.

We have a wedding licence in the Drawing Room which can hold up to 60 guests whilst the gardens can host up to 150 for champagne receptions. We also have a capability to offer couples a marquee beside the main lake for more formal dinner and dancing receptions.

We only host 10 weddings per year so you are guaranteed exclusive use of the house and gardens on your special day.

We are only 20 minutes from Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and only 35 minutes from Birmingham.
