The Manners Arms is a quintessential country inn, beautifully refurbished and owned by the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. It is located in Knipton, a picturesque rural village in the Vale of Belvoir, on the borders of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and is the perfect venue for an intimate country hotel wedding.

The Ceremony
We are licensed to hold civil wedding and civil partnership ceremonies in the beautiful conservatory - with the patio and garden as a glorious backdrop. Or we can arrange a civil or religious ceremony in the stunning surroundings of nearby Belvoir Castle which has its own exquisite chapel.

The Reception
Up to 50 guests can enjoy a traditional meal in the stylish Red Coats Restaurant. Further evening guests can be added as the rest of the hotel can be at your disposal with the Conservatory for entertainment and dancing and the welcoming Beaters Bar also available. For a larger party we can even arrange a marquee in the grounds but just a short step from the main building.
