The Mercure Southgate Hotel offers the perfect wedding venue in Devon and the South West.
Licensed for Civil ceremonies, our Cloisters Restaurant or Lounge Terrace can be transformed into a stylish and sedate venue in which to take your wedding vows. The fully air-conditioned and refurbished Seymour Suite offers comfortable dining for up to 120 guests and opens out onto your own exclusive large terrace looking onto the ancient city wall.
You will have your own personal wedding co-ordintator who will available to assist you through every step building upto your wedding day. The hotel is a great venue for a family celebration, with 154 en-suite rooms, we can offer preferential rates to your guests who will enjoy the comfortable lounge areas as well as the leisure club with it's pool, spa pool, gym and saunas.
