Mill Hall, formerly known as Greenham Lodge, is a Grade 2* listed building set in 29 acres of beautiful mature gardens just to the south of Newbury racecourse.

When choosing Mill Hall for your wedding (or other celebration), you are choosing a venue steeped in history, set within stunning grounds, with the full support of a highly experienced, professional team.

Furthermore, by booking your wedding or event at Mill Hall, you are directly
supporting a national charity working with profoundly deaf children from all
over the UK. All the proceeds from Mill Hall Weddings go directly to the
Mary Hare charity.

Our standard wedding packages include exclusive access to the majority of the ground floor, including:

The Great Hall
A magnificent two-storey room with carved oak panelling, stained glass windows and an ornate Victorian fire place. The room is licensed for the conduct of civil weddings and is suitable for about one hundred people to dine in comfort.

The Dining Room
Fine oak panelling and a superb fireplace give this room an intimate character. It has splendid picture windows over looking the gardens. This room is licensed for civil weddings, perfect for a more intimate wedding ceremony.

The Garden Room
This room is renowned for its elegant plaster ceiling and the great view of the ground’s lake and waterfall. It has wooden flooring, ideal for dancing, and access to the garden and patio.

As part of your day, you will also have full access to the grounds, including mature lakes and greens. Our resident deer are also known to make the occasional appearance.
