The Octagon room is situated within charming woodland overlooking the Thames. Orleans House Gallery provides the peace of the countryside within an accessible urban setting. The 1721 baroque Octagon Room, designed by James Gibbs, was built to entertain Queen Caroline, wife of George II. This room is perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies and small receptions. The room accommodates up to 60 guests who are welcome to enjoy the picturesque grounds and gallery exhibitions.
