Set high on Stan Hill, in the medieval village of Charlwood, surrounded by 35 acres of ancient woodland, Stanhill Court Hotel was built in 1881 as a family home, to the exacting requirements of Mr William Young a marine underwriter with Lloyds of London.
Fulfill the dream and have the civil ceremony as well as the celebration under one roof, at probably the most popular venue in the south for private banqueting on a small or grand scale. We are licensed for up to 180 people for the civil ceremony and up to 700 for the Wedding Breakfast.(with the additional use of a marquee). Themed weddings, Vow Exchanging Ceremonies and exotic diets are also very popular. We would be delighted to have the pleasure of playing host for this very special occasion.
