The Squirrel has gained a fantastic reputation for accomodating private functions, varying in type and size. Whether you're after a quiet corner of the pub for a board meeting and buffet lunch, a pre-ordered meal for a special anniversary or a spacious, yet intimate venue for your Wedding reception or Christening, then the Squirrel should meet your requirements.
Each function is tailor made to meet your needs and requirements, through conversation with one of the managers and close consultation with our chef.
With a spacious private conservatory and eight rooms available for travelling guests, we offer everything you could want, other than the Vicar! Over the past year a great number of newly weds have toasted their new union with us, and enjoyed a tailor made party. We can offer a sit down meal or a buffet for your guests; why not have both spread over the course of the day? It's completely up to you. Summer wedding? Why not take advantage of our BBQ menu, where you have your own private chef and marquee leading from the conservatory, providing you with your own outside area for children and smokers.
Buffet menus, both inside and out have a standard menu, which with special arrangement can be adjusted to meet your needs.
