Set in rolling Nottinghamshire countryside, Thrumpton Hall is a beautiful Jacobean building with links to the Byron family. The stunning gardens, with pretty lake and some of the oldest trees in the country, provide a gorgeous backdrop for formal photographs. This is the ideal venue for a romantic, dream wedding.

Civil wedding ceremonies and Civil partnerships, for a maximum of 60 guests, can be held in the panelled Baronial Hall with views over the lake.

After the Ceremony, enjoy exclusive use of the Hall's reception rooms and private gardens. Take reception drinks in the rose garden or on the Terrace overlooking the lake.

We can seat up to 46 people in the dining room or for a buffet we can accommodate up to 90 people within the Hall.

For a larger number of guests, a marquee can be erected on the Wedding Lawn or Croquet Lawn.

We have excellent caterers to meet individual preferences, an extensive wine list and professional bar service.
