The Dairy, is a private building set within the immaculate grounds of the
Waddesdon Estate. Originally built in the early 19001s by Baron Ferdinand de
Rothschild, the Dairy has been sympathetically restored, providing a unique setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
The beautiful grounds and Dairy combine to create an unrivalled atmosphere in which you and your guests can enjoy good food, excellent wines and a friendly and professional service.
Ceremonies can take place in either the classical Wintergarden, the West
Hall with its huge open fire places, or for smaller numbers, outside under
the pavilions. Clients have exclusive use of the Dairy and grounds, complete
privacy ensured.
Our Executive Chef meets all wedding clients to create a bespoke menu and to advise which wines from our banqueting wine list would be most suitable to
accompany your wedding breakfast. Our experienced and friendly staff give
personal attention from the early planning stages, through to organising the last detail and supporting you on the day.
