Hopton Court will be exclusively yours on your wedding day because we want you to feel completely at home at this beautiful Shropshire country house. With the help of our excellent caterers, we will help you to create the perfect wedding and can offer advice and all sorts of interesting and unusual ideas to make your day really special.
The spectacular Victorian conservatory, which holds up to 100 guests, is licensed for civil ceremonies. The conservatory is planted with scented, flowering plants and is situated in the rose garden. Drinks and canapés can be served on the lawn after the ceremony. Alternatively the Coach House is available and is also licensed for weddings for up to 60 guests.
We provide a stunning fully equipped marquee, adjacent to the Coach House and overlooking the gardens, which can accommodate up to 120 guests.
Our fabulous caterers will provide mouth watering menus to suit your taste and budget, with everything from a traditional 3-course wedding breakfast to an informal Barbeque, Pig Roast or Bowl Food reception. We offer a good selection of sensibly priced quality wines or you can supply your own champagnes and wines. Unlike many other venues, we won’t charge you a corkage fee!
An evening party, with dancing to a band or DJ can be held in the marquee or Coach House, depending on numbers. We can provide facilities and staff for an open or pay bar throughout the evening
